The ICFQ ^® Six Sigma certification exam syllabus is designed based on the Six Sigma Body of Knowledge. An individual who adheres to standards, on subject matter grounds is given the Six Sigma certification. The ICFQ ^® certifications stay valid for 3 years. After the expiration date, the certification will become invalid unless the individual recertifies.
